Title: Who is Rick Santorum

"...Mitt Romney only won by a mere eight votes."

Rick Santorum is the latest choice for 'not-Romney," else he is the biggest religious conservative of them all. Lately they believe that Santorum is the latest fad of the Republican candidates.

"I do believe that he represents sensibility and a viewpoint that is being suppressed by the political system."

They say that Santorum is basically paying for votes, each costing approximately $1.65, more than a thousand times less than what Perry spent. The polls show that maybe this a budgetal message that Santorum was trying to get out to the voters. He doesn't need money to get popular.

"...If Mr Santorum is merely not Mr Romney, I doubt that will be enough to keep his candidacy humming."

With watching bit and pieces of various shows, i was impressed with the 'Santorum surge' at first. Then, i realized that he might just be another phase of the republicans, and before reading this also thought about them choosing anyone as long as it's not Romney.

In the public, this just confuses people and influences their decisions. I don't think people will notice the difference between the candidates if they all continue to act similarly. I haven't seen anything noteworthy yet, and with that i believe that they're just wasting time with eachother.

The author of this article seems to have the same view as i did.
