Romney seems to be forgotten. All of the Republican presidential candidates not named Mitt Romney have been trying desperately to make the case that they can beat President Obama this fall, hoping to blunt Romney’s electability argument that he is the only one in the race who can do that. Previously however, Romney was the one who was ignoring the other candidates, and the tables seemed to have turned. As Gingrich, futilely tries to attack Romney as well as Ron Paul, the public sees him as childish, just not willing to say that he's lost just yet. ...A famous New York tabloid cover depicting Gingrich, clad in diapers and wielding a rattle, as a crybaby. Paul is doing some attacking of his own, on both Gingrich and Mitt Romney, believing that they too close with Washington, also trying to strip him of his credit in 1994 Revolution. Regardless, as time goes on, the remaining candidates are strapped for time, not knowing what to do when it comes to what they're going to say, etcetc. ** Santorum seems to be getting some bad vibes from the public. I believe that he will be going down in the polls, his surge to me seems like it'll be over by the time the next primary begins. With this information, that gives Romney a chance to lead strong. I learned more about Santorum, and it gives me an understanding about how i, as well as how the public would feel with him at the top of the republican game. The Author of this article seemed to make a joke out of whatever Santorum and Gingrich were trying to do with their arguments, maybe he/she is attempting to call the republicans a joke?
